We’re really happy to see familiar faces visiting our workshop again after a few quieter days following the holidays. Thank you for being here with us 💙
We have three announcements to share with you:

🧵 1. Embroidery Pricing Guide
At Ballagh Stitches, our embroidery prices are based on the actual work involved in each piece.
This helps us keep pricing fair and transparent for both simple personalisation and more detailed designs.
How pricing works:
Prices are based on:
• stitch count
• design size
• number of colours used
Prices are based on stitch count, size and number of colours.
We’ll always confirm the final price before stitching.
Stitch count pricing:
• 1,000–2,000 stitches (short names, years, small labels): €8
• 2,000–5,000 stitches (longer names, two lines): €12
• 5,000–8,000 stitches (text with a small icon): €18
• 8,000–12,000 stitches (small logos, detailed designs): €24
• 12,000+ stitches: from €30
🎨 Prices include up to 2 colours
Additional colours: +€2 per colour
🧵 Each embroidery includes a €5 setup fee (design upload, machine setup, threading & positioning)
🎁 Custom designs
If your design requires custom digitising or preparation, this will be discussed and quoted individually based on the complexity of the artwork.
We’ll always confirm the final price before stitching.

🎁 2. A little thank you to our followers

Following our Lisacul fair update, we’re delighted to share that Ballagh Stitches will also be joining the Christmas Market at The Shambles this Friday, 28th November from 6:30pm to 9pm. 🎅🎁

We’re so happy about this one — it’s our local market, full of friendly faces, festive lights and that cosy village Christmas feeling. ❤️🎄
